Mate I’ve paid to watch a video but wasn’t able to.Reached out and got reached back and still waiting for the bloody tech to get back to me and that’s like 2 weeks ago.Come on you guys can do better let us have some good customer service.

I went to every step and tried to watch the 2010 video and there’s no link which allows me to watch apart saying stuff like term active no ,subscriptions etc….
I go to shop video,then watch video but takes me to update payments etc… when I already pay.There’s no link to or where i can input a passcode etc… nothing.Its so frustrating and it’s not as clear and simple
